Ashtanga Led and Mysore Class with Zoe Lee

Hi, I’m Zoe, a Senior Yoga teacher, I’ve been teaching Yoga for 14 years.

I run friendly and welcoming classes, working on alignment, flexibility, strength, and most importantly the breath. I bring love and compassion to my teaching, enabling people to develop beyond their comfort zone with my support and guidance.

Join me for an Ashtanga Led & Mysore Class

This will be a Led & Mysore class. We will start the Led class at 5.45 to 7 pm you can continue in Mysore style until 7.45 pm. For those practising Mysore, you can arrive any time that suits you.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flowing style practice. Students will follow a set sequence of postures each time, gradually progressing through the series. Emphasises is the linking of movement and breath (vinyasa), Ujjayi breathing and bandhas (energy locks) to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body.

Ashtanga yoga is great for building strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. It works on an emotional and psychological level having many benefits for your mental well-being.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, yoga belt and blocks if you have them, as not able to give stuff out at this time.
