We start at 10 am and finish at ‘The Retreat’ at 4 o’clock. After that, you can choose if you would like to join me on a guided, mindful walk and talk in Bolderwood to finish our memorable day.

What do I need?
Comfortable, warm indoor and waterproof outdoor clothing, Yoga mat, Eye pillow/scarf, 2 x Yoga blocks or firm cushions/pillows, blanket, water
