This Saturday you walk into a spacious room that has tonnes of natural light, a beautiful view into the New Forest and it smells heavenly. You instantly feel your body relax and you know you made the right choice to step away from your usual routine to join me for a morning of radical rest.

You deserve to prioritise your own needs. That's why I'm inviting you to pause all the responsibilities for one morning and simply be with me and 11 other like-minded people, this Saturday.

You will end the morning feeling calmer, nourished and in a state of acceptance. The beauty is you'll also feel more resourced to be with your every day too.

What to expect

You'll be welcomed into the beautiful setting of The Retreat in the New Forest. This will be a time of nourishment from the practices to the snacks.

We will begin with some simple yet powerful breathwork. I will then guide you in a gentle yoga flow that is suited to all abilities and bodies. We will then restore our systems in deep relaxation.

Hi, I'm Lou. I am an advanced Hatha Yoga teacher, sharing The Living Yoga Method. I have been taught a method that makes yoga accessible to all. It's adaptive, respectful and feels incredible. Connecting back to your body and breath is the quickest way to soothe your nervous system and calm your senses. I love nothing more than holding tender, considerate space for you to let go into.
