Residential Options

  • Basic – £325 per person (two sharing), £400 (one person)

  • Mid-range - £360 per person (two sharing), £470 (one person)

  • Luxury – £395 per person (two sharing), £540 (one person) All are ensuite!

Additional Costs Treatments:

There is the option to book treatments in our chill time.

*Lunch on Sat 8th: This isn’t included as there is the option to explore the nearby beach/Highcliffe Castle. The cafe will be open for lunch if staying at the retreat. A£50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Please mention at checkout which option you are booking. The full amount is payable no later than 6 weeks before the event. Please inquire about the cancellation policy for the remaining fee.

Retreat description

Join YWP’s firs residential retreat held at the unique wellness focused space, The Retreat New Forest. With the season changing from summer to autumn we must come to respect the shift that occurs also in our energies. Our bodies and minds will be craving a chance to ground, settle, slow down and connect.

YWP is offering a chance to focus on doing just that.Connecting with nature, connecting with the present and bringing the focus back to connecting with ourselves. It is only when we fill our cup first, that we can offer our best self to others.

Over the course of the weekend we will do grounding pranayama, chakra meditation, sound healing, yin yoga taught with the functional approach to celebrate our unique anatomy, and heart chakra/heart opening yang classes to come home to ourselves. All abilities and levels of experience are welcome.


Friday, Oct 7th

  • 16:00-17:30 - Arrival - Retreat Begins

  • 17:30-18:00 - Pranayama + Grounding Chakra Meditation

  • 18:30-19:30 - Dinner + Dessert

  • 20:30-21:15 - Sound Bath with Conscious Yoga

Saturday, Oct 8th

  • 8:00-9:00 - Breakfast

  • 9:00 - 10:30 - Chill time/ Q & A with Polly

  • 10:30-12:00 - Ground in Gratitude yoga practice

  • 12:00-15:15 - Chill time/ Excursion 15:15-16:00 | Tea and Cake

  • 16:30-18:00 - Functional Approach Yin yoga class

  • 18:30-19:30 - Dinner + Dessert

  • 19:30 - Chill time/ Fire Pit

Sunday, Oct 9th

  • 8:00 - 9:00 - Baked Goods and Hot Drinks

  • 9:00 - 9:30 - Checkout

  • 9:45 - 11:00 - Heart Chakra Yang + Yin practice

  • 11:15 -12:15 - Brunch in The Cafe

  • 12:30 - Departure
