We are so excited and bring with love this Spring Equinox Community Celebration at the beautiful The Retreat New Forest, offering the chance to meet  like minded souls. All sessions are being donated by amazing local teachers, opening this experience up to anyone who would like to attend with a community cost.

This day is designed to be flexible and inclusive and we can't wait to celebrate this time of year with you!

All levels welcome and you don't need any experience of journaling, meditating or practicing yoga previously.

Through a variety of holistic activities including meditation, yoga, sound healing, and nature walks, we invite you to reconnect with the rhythm of the Earth and realign your mind, body, and spirit.
