A morning of mindful activities, journaling prompts and creative exploration to improve your inner awareness and self expression.
This workshop will support you how to best incorporate the mindful art of Creative Journaling into your lifestyle, whether you want to take time, daily, weekly or monthly to pause and engage in this therapeutic activity.
The theme for this February session is Self Love and Kindness. You will be guided and supported through a selection of mindful activities, using different mediums to express yourself creatively.

You will be given a journal to begin creating and take home to continue your journaling practice. (You may use your own if you wish).
This is a 2.5hr workshop in an intimate, creative space.
All materials and refreshments will be provided.
