Wind down the weekend and replenish for the week ahead with a lovely deep rest workshop. Take your place in the calming candlelit room, enjoy the soothing aromas and allow me to guide you into embodied self-care and deep relaxation.
Each workshop will bring a unique blend of calming yoga practices that cultivate intention, re-connection and restoration including:
· Gentle yoga poses to unwind
· Gentle breathing techniques to relax the mind and body
· Deep relaxation, guided yoga nidra to go inward and replenish
Yoga nidra (guided progressive relaxation) is an ancient Ayurvedic practice. It is nourishing practice, giving us the opportunity to wind down, go inward and tune in to the subtle messages of the body & mind. We will be exploring some calming, gentle breathwork and posture before coming to lie down comfortable for deep relaxation. All practices will be gentle and accessible to all.

What to bring: Blanket, pillow, water bottle, something to cover your eyes (eye pillow or small scarf/towel).
The workshop will be held as a small group in the South Room. Places are limited so booking is essential.
