A warm welcome to Dru Yoga, a beautiful, flowing, accessible form of Yoga. Suitable for all abilities & ages.
Dru Yoga has its roots in hatha yoga and includes classical yoga postures (asanas), pranayama (breath work), mudras (gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualisations and powerful, flowing, dynamic sequences.
Dru Yoga works to balance the chakras (energy centres of the body) and access the powerful energy of the heart.
Christina has been teaching Yoga for 25 years, is a British Wheel of Yoga & Dru Yoga Therapy Teacher. She also loves holding Shamanican Women’s Circles, Dance Yourself Free and Cacao Ceremonies at the Retreat. She is especially drawn to sharing the practices humans have done from the beginning of time for Connection to the Earth, themselves and each other.
Space is limited so booking is essential. "Drop ins" welcome, if you have checked there is space.
