Feminine Flow, Restore & Relax

Held in The Barn Studio

The price to attend is £30 per person

Places are limited so booking is essential.

Are you looking for some time to restore and rejuvenate? This workshop celebrates women in all life stages and cycles with gentle flows, restorative yoga and extended yoga nidra relaxation. The gentle flow practice will honour our innate feminine strength and heart essence, leading to a floor-based restorative/yin based practice. The practice will finish with an extended deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra meditation and Tibetan sound bowls. This is the perfect opportunity to unplug, re-connect with your feminine nature, whist restoring body, mind and soul.

At the end of the workshop, a refreshing tea and treat is provided, over an opportunity to reflect and chat with other women.

This workshop is suitable for all women including pregnant women, post-natal women (over 10 weeks) and women during and post-menopause.

The lovely Crow Spotter café is onsite offering delicious plant-based lunches and refreshments (booking is advisable at weekends).

I look forward to welcoming you.
