Feminine Flow, Restore & Relax Workshop with Gail Taylor

Held in The Barn Studio

The price to attend is £33 per person

Places are limited so booking is essential.

Are you looking for some time to restore and rejuvenate, whilst re-connecting to your feminine essence?  This workshop celebrates women in all life stages and cycles with gentle flows, restorative yoga and extended yoga nidra relaxation.

The gentle flow practice will offer the opportunity to slow down and tune in to what you need, leading to a floor-based restorative / yin based practice. The practice will finish with an extended deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra meditation and Tibetan sound bowls. This is the perfect opportunity to unplug and re-connect with your inner rhythms, whist restoring body, mind and soul.

At the end of the workshop there is the opportunity to reflect and chat with other women over a calming tea.

This workshop is suitable for all women including beginners to yoga, pregnant women, post-natal women (over 10 weeks) and women during peri and post menopause.
