Tracey will open the retreat with a Functional Breathwork session incorporating guided breathing exercises to balance the nervous system combined with gentle yoga stretches, diaphragmatic massage and relaxation techniques paired with pure oils and a beautiful soundtrack to match. To close the day, Tracey will guide attendees into a relaxed state using the breath in preparation for Rich's Gong Bath.
Kevin is the founder of THREE SIXTY FITNESS, with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Kevin is known for TRX training on Southbourne Beach and its thriving local community. Kevin will lead a Functional Movement session with slow yet purposeful exercises to develop strength, mobility and stability to enhance everyday movement and posture, and prevent injury.
Nic believes we all have the answers and solutions to our struggles within. As a Pain Relief practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Body Mind Coach, Nic helps people to alleviate mental and emotional suffering. Nic will host a powerful interactive session where we'll work together to discover practical solutions we all hold within ourselves.
Rich is the former writer and front man for chill-out band Kinobe. He plays with a reverence and connection not just to the sound the gongs create, but to everything they represent energetically and spiritually. Rich will close the retreat with a deeply relaxing Gong Bath, creating space for all the learnings of the day to filter gently into our subconscious.
