Guided meditation workshop that will help you realize that holding onto resentment only causes you unhappiness. By learning to let go of resentments and feel grateful, you’ll be able to move forwards with a positive attitude.

In this workshop you’ll discover how to deal with others with more wisdom. You’ll be guided in meditations that help you let go of resentments, feel grateful and move forward with a positive attitude.
