"We chant Om (AUM) to arrive where we are and open to somthing precious within ourselves.

The second half of the evening we will do Yoga Nidra practice, a profound laying - down restorative and nourishment meditation technique;

Come as you are, after a day at the office.

And be guided through a deep internal process and feel rejuvenated for your week;

 This ancient technique of gathering personal power, was developed from old Sanskrit scrolls, found in a cave in the 1970s, by Swami Satyananda a pioneer in the evolution of Hatha Yoga throughout the world.
