This is a mixed ability Hatha Yoga / mindful movement class also suitable for beginners or those new to yoga.
A yoga journey to open up the body and regulate the nervous system. Each session will focus on breathing, gentle postures and guided relaxation. Strong emphasis on the breath and kind, mindful attention.

Bring your own yoga mat & any props you need like blocks/cushions/extra layers/blanket
