New Gentle Yoga class to help you unwind, stretch and relax.

 Gentle Yoga is suitable for all, beginners welcome and this class is for you if you're recovering from an injury, illness etc. 

Options will be offered throughout the class to find the level to suit you.  Yoga can help you to relax, sleep better, connect with your higher self help you heal and to feel good.  

Michelle has been teaching Yoga for 15 years, we look forward to seeing you.
