Goddess Retreat – Reflect and Restore

goddess-retreat-reflect-restore-.jpg

Our retreats are very heart centred, embodying our feminine energy. We do this through mindfulness, Qoya inspired movement, life and mentoring coaching, meditation, nutrition, kindness, self-compassion and genuine connection with others.

Sometimes we need time to step back and have someone else create a space for us, and that’s exactly what we offer on our retreats – time to reflect and restore. This is a unique opportunity to explore different aspects of your life, rebalance your energy and return to your core – home to your amazing, beautiful soul.

This wonderful retreat will take place in the New Forest where three practitioners will be delivering a variety of experiences throughout the day to help you to become the very best version of YOU! The day will include:

  • A wonderful women’s goddess circle

  • Nutrition – looking at our body’s immunity heading into autumn and how we can build our bodies to be stronger physically, providing nourishment and restoration.

  • Qoya inspired movement class (no experience required)

  • Mindful photography (no equipment required – a phone camera will do nicely)

  • Meditation including resetting old belief patterns and manifesting new intentions

  • A delicious lunch from the onsite award-winning Crow Spotter restaurant

  • All snacks and drinks included throughout the day

  • Goodie bag with carefully curated products
