Backbends & Brunch with Zoe Porter

Join me in the beautiful surroundings of The Retreat New Forest for 2 hours of Yoga followed by a delicious vegan brunch provided by Crowspotter.

This workshop will be suitable for beginners and reluctant backbenders! We will ease in gently with some Yin poses and then work safely and progressively identifying and warming up all the areas which may be affecting our ability to move into deeper backbends (Thighs, hip flexors, stomach, chest, and shoulders.)

Then we will move gently and gradually through a variety of backbends allowing you to feel more open and free in your spine.
