Come and join me for a Gong Bath in the beautiful Retreat New Forest. We will be indoors in the Centre Room. This space is prepared with your safety paramount. 

What do I need to bring:

You will need to bring something comfortable to lay on, blanket and pillow. 

Please arrive no later than 6:45pm so you can get comfortable. There is plenty of parking if front is full just go around to the sign saying overflow car park. Entrance is not allowed after 7pm as we will have started the Gong Meditation.
