Higher-Self Healing with Polly
Join me for a transformative, empowering and truly magical group healing session, inclusive of guided self healing meditations, energy clearing, chakra alignment, aura cleansing and grounding, finished with a short group oracle reading. On the week of each Full and New Moon, we will spend the session doing some moon work, journalling, releasing, manifesting and other magical activities, as well as meditation.
As we journey through life, we can become detached from our 'higher self' (our spiritual self) & our intuition, and our energy becomes scattered. All of our generational, past-life and present-life traumas, along with our emotions, experiences and beliefs are all held within our energy fields. This is why having properly aligned energy is one of the foundations of a balanced and regulated life.
This session would be perfect for you if you want to start fully prioritising your own healing, need an emotional/ trauma release, or want to start connecting to your higher self and intuition.
