Illuminate the New Year - Morning Retreat
Investment: £48
The New Year offers the opportunity to begin anew. To reflect on what has been and where we are going. The Illumination morning retreat offers the space to be supported and nurtured to reconnect with what is truly important and clear space to welcome the new path ahead.
Allow yourself to be held in a safe space to find more clarity on what matters, let go of what does not, and reconnect to the wisdom within to trust the journey.
Through yoga, mindfulness and breathwork we can learn to trust our innate voice and find more joy and fluidity in life. We invite the energy of spaciousness and surrender to illuminate the path ahead, finding more peace and balance.
We will begin the morning with a grounding meditation to reflect and recognise where we are now. We’ll move slowly into a gentle flowing yoga practice to awaken and open the physical body. Gentle breathwork will guide us inwards and visionary meditations will bring focus on what is important. The workshop will finish with an extended deep relaxation Yoga Nidra meditation (lying comfortably), planting powerful intentions for positive change. We will end the morning with tea, treats and reflections.
This is the perfect opportunity to re-fill your cup for the year, gain more clarity, trust and love for yourself and where you are going.
The Day will look something like this:
· 9:30am – Welcome, Settling and Grounding Meditation
