In these uplifting and relaxing sessions, we will sing simple and inspirational songs from around the world, in glorious harmony, including African, Jazz, and Gospel. The second half of each session will focus on a relaxing sound meditation and mantra singing, leaving you feeling revitalised and peaceful.
