Sat nam wondrous souls, 

We are back at the retreat on Monday 27th Nov 7-9pm for our 2 hour special. Expect roughly one hour kundalini yoga and one hour deep relaxation and gong bath. 

The theme we have been working on this month has been the heart and heart opening. 

Come and join us for an evening of heart expansion and self love.

 We will do a couple a couple of shorter kriyas to create open loving feelings and increase our compassion and sensitivity to others, we can drop our defensiveness and eliminate unnecessary thoughts and feelings. This could be helpful with the full moon entering Gemini on the Monday morning, where there can be a bit of a nervous energy around this time and feeling a bit restless or unsettled, perhaps flitting from one thing to another.  

If we have enough people we will do the healing ring of tantra sending our love and healing prayer out to the world. But it all starts here with us. Top ourselves up and ‘ make ourselves so happy that when other look at you, they become happy too’. 

We will end with a deep relaxation and the magic healing vibrations of the gongs. Not sure who’s coming out to play yet... Moon will be there with her feminine loving energy and maybe the other moon will join her possibly with the symphonic…..? Mars can have the week off…… perhaps? ;-) 

Leave feeling open and uplifted, content and compassionate and ready to notice and lovingly release patterns that don’t serve you.

What To Bring 

Yoga Mat ( we have spares if you forget or don’t have) 

Blanket to cover up with for gong bath and to pad ankles and knees

Cushion if it's hard to sit on the floor 

Wear comfy clothes and make sure to bring extra layers for relaxation & warm socks
