Our upcoming Light & Laughter Day Retreat is dedicated to nurturing you.
Often over the festive period we turn our focus and priorities to others, so this retreat is for you. A day designed for you to recharge, reset and reconnect with what nurtures your body and mind, providing you space to explore practices that will continue to benefit you long after the retreat. We will do this through a blend of group coaching, guided learning, individual reflection, meditation, and Qi Gong.
During our day together you will:
Find out more about the health benefits & importance of self-care in today’s world
Explore how you currently nurture your body and mind & tune more fully into what they need
Learn about the different ways we can look after our body and mind & find out what works for you
Try out practical tips and exercises in a safe space and participate in Qi Gong, restorative stretch and guided meditation practices
Connect with like-minded people and have some fun!

Meet the Team
Kelly Taylor & Davina Houlton
Kelly & Davina both live in Bournemouth and met 18 years ago when working together as HR Consultants. Both are qualified Coaches with a passion for wellbeing, positivity, laughter and fun!
Over the last few years their passion for the outdoors has seen them taking their coaching practices out more into nature.
Paul Houlton
Paul is a teacher of Tai Chi, Chi gong and Yoga. He is also a Bodywork Health Practitioner and has been teaching since 2014.
