Hypnotherapy techniques which help women manage difficult symptoms of the menopause. In this class we will be using techniques to help reduce hot flushes, improve sleep and manage feelings of anger or frustration.

The Hypnotic Mindset

Therapeutic hypnosis creates a very relaxed and concentrated mindset which allows the brain to be ultra-receptive to suggestion.  This relaxed and focussed state, sometimes known as trance, is the perfect brain-state for therapeutic activity, much like warming up and stretching readies the body for physical activity.  Whilst in a hypnotic mindset an individual has complete control throughout the session and will soon master the art of self-hypnosis which can unlock boundless benefits to navigating life’s challenges.

Hypnotherapy for Menopause Symptoms

Studies have shown that hypnotherapy can reduce hot flushes by up to 74% which is as affective as medication. I have researched and selected tried and tested techniques which help women manage the most intrusive symptoms of the menopause. In this class, we will be using techniques to help reduce hot flushes, improve sleep and manage feelings of anger or frustration.

This small group session will be friendly and informal and will introduce these 3 powerful techniques with a take away handout so that they can be practiced and mastered at home.
