Come and join me for this Retreat Afternoon at the beautiful Retreat New Forest. Come together to ground your mind, gently move your body, connect, feel and breathe in the stunning, South room and grounds here.
The morning will include:
Meditation
Breathwork
Very gentle yoga postures
Body tapping to release tensions in the body and mind
A deep relaxation to let go fully
Mindful walking outside (barefoot optional)
Journaling and Sharing
Give yourself this nourishing treat. Come ground, connect and nourish your body and mind. I love sharing these sessions with like-minded souls, exploring, releasing and finding a sense of CALM, EASE & JOY together, leaving the fast pace of life behind for a few hours and ARRIVING HERE
The full Afternoon of mindfulness guidance is 1.30pm till 5pm with herbal teas and sweet treats included If you wish to, you could treat yourself to dinner after at the incredible Offbeet vegan restaurant on site (booking essential)... I highly recommend it!
