Welcome to this warming, winter FULL DAY RETREAT of stillness connection and mindful movement. A chance to let go of your responsibilities and just BE you. This retreat will focus on Self-Love, as it is only through learning to love ourselves fully we can find a pathway to Presence & Peace.

This full day of Mindfulness will include:

  • A grounding/ settling meditation to arrive at the beautiful Retreat New Forest with body and breath.

  • Gentle, loving and intuitive mindful movement to step into the body, to drop down from the whirlwind mind, feeling into what your body wants and needs in order to Let go more fully.

  • A deep, body scan mediation to bring love to your body. Lie down in your nest of blankets as I guide you through the body, bringing love and gratitude to each part of the body in turn and bringing love to the whole of you...Just as you are!

  • Plenty of guided journaling and reflection time to connect inwards

  • Mindful, winter walking outside to walk yourself 'home'

  • A sitting (or lying) practice of loving-kindness and gratitude for all that is flowing and abundant in our lives. Starting with SELF and rippling out to others

You will leave the day with warm hearts and happy tummies. Focussing on self-love helps us to be kinder and more accepting of ourselves just the way we are.

Suitable for all. As an introduction to the main mindfulness practices if you are new to mindfulness, or an opportunity to deepen your practice if you already have some experience.

This full day of connection and self-care, including delicious plant-based lunch and sweet treats and hot drinks from the crow spotter cafe.
