Come and join me for National Best Friends day Gong Bath in the beautiful New Forest. This establishment is formally the East Close Hotel and is now a Retreat Centre.

You may come with your best friend/s or you may come with the best friend that is you!  

We will be indoors in the middle space. This space is prepared with your safety paramount. The room will be well ventilated and there will be set out places where you will be socially distanced, this will be a limited attended event so it is vital you purchase your tickets beforehand. 

What do I need to bring

You will need to bring something comfortable to lay on, a blanket and a pillow. 

Please arrive no later than 6:45pm so you can get comfortable. There is plenty of parking, if front is full just go around to the sign saying overflow car park. Entrance is not allowed after 7pm as we will have started the Gong Meditation.
