Price includes all Yoga, and soul-nourishing plant-based lunch. All teas, coffees, drinks and snacks are provided throughout the day and are included in the price.

This Reset, Rebalance and Alignment Yoga Day Retreat is a chance to focus on you, take some time for some self-care and rejuvenation, you will strengthen and nourish your body and soul within an environment of care, support and friendship.

What you will enjoy on the day:

We begin our day with a range of hot refreshments and treats.

Followed by an introduction from Zoe and Jane.

Zen Yoga

Jane will then lead us in a Zen Yoga practice which links postures to the meridian healing system in the body focussing on the water element of the kidneys and bladder.

Breath Work and Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Zoe will introduce breath work exercises, before guiding you through Vinyasa Flow Yoga. A flowing class harmonising breath and movement seamlessly moving from one posture to the next. Working on alignment, flexibility, strength and most importantly the breath.

Soul-nourishing plant-based lunch

A soul-nourishing vegan lunch will then be served, lovingly prepared by our
on-site Crow Spotter Café. Have time to relax with friends while enjoying the New Forest.

Yoga Asana Alignment Workshop – Understanding and Practice

This yoga asana alignment workshop gives you the basic principles of body awareness, asana alignments, core integration, correct common mistakes, the importance of Dhristi and to understand how to breath in your yoga practice, so that you can practice with confidence and grow strength and flexibility without any injuries.

 Yin Yoga and Nidra Meditation

In our relaxing Yin Yoga session, we will return to the winter energies of the water element to nourish our Jing energy. This will be a restorative and more meditative practise with propped longer held poses and will lead into a deeply healing Nidra meditation which will help to integrate and absorb your days practice deeply into the body and mind.

There will be hand on adjustments, to help you into the poses. We will guide and challenge you at a level suitable to your needs, treating you with care and respect.

Suitable for all levels including beginners.
