Take some quality time for yourself and join us for a truly nourishing day in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest on Saturday 24th September.  
Using the holistic practices of Qigong, Yoga, and Energetic healing, we will focus on balancing our stomach and spleen energy to help us feel grounded and prepared for the winter months ahead.

Qigong on the lawn.  A wonderful grounding practice of mindful movement designed to balance, centre, clear and revitalise our energy. 

  • Yin and Restorative Yoga.  A supportive and deeply releasing practice to help unwind tension and leave both body and mind feeling relaxed and restored.  

  • An introduction to Energetic healing.  Working in groups of 3, a guided practice to bring balance, energy flow, and harmony.  

  • Delicious vegetarian lunch served in The Crowspotter cafe.

  • Teas/coffees.


No previous experience in any of the disciplines is necessary as the day will be designed to accommodate all levels and abilities.

Cheryl Ellis runs Zenzone Yoga and teaches her busy Zen and Yin Yoga practices in Dorset as well as running International retreats and regular workshops. She is a Senior Yoga Teacher & Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. Yin Yoga is a floor based practice that allows time for the body to truly unwind and soften.

Richard Ellis is a Reiki master Teacher, Qigong instructor and a Yin Yoga teacher.  He runs a busy healing and coaching practice incorporating many disciplines including hypnotherapy and NLP. Qigong is a Chinese system of mindful physical movements related to Tai Chi. It is practiced to aid flexibility, mobility, vitality, strength and peace of mind.
