A chance to try Pregnancy Yoga (suitable from 12 weeks) to nourish, relax and connect mamma-to-be. A 4 week follow on course will be offered from 7th January 2022.
Pregnancy is a special time and yoga offers the perfect way to restore and relax both body and mind. Whether this is your first time to yoga, or you are a seasoned yogi, this course offers the perfect way to connect with yourself and your growing baby.
These classes are suitable for those over 12 weeks pregnant. No previous yoga experience is required to benefit from this course.

Your Teacher
Gail is an accredited Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach. She is a mother of twin girls and is passionate about supporting all parents in their birth pathway. She originally trained in India with world renowned Himalayan Master, Yogrishi Vishvketu (PhD), and draws on knowledge of the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga including posture, breathwork, relaxation, meditation techniques and philosophy. Through yoga, Gail aims to encourage more balance and connection with mind, body and breath, and encourage more calm.
Gail works closely with local practitioners in the birth pathways community to bring a holistic approach to birthing support.

A community space that is welcoming and nourishing for all. An escape from life’s hectic pace, situated in the beautiful New Forest, just a few miles from Christchurch & New Milton. The Retreat New Forest offers a beautiful space to practice and is home to the friendly, plant based Crowspotter café.
