You walk into a spacious room that smells heavenly. You instantly feel your body relax and you know you made the right choice to step away from your usual routine to join me for a morning of radical rest.

You deserve to prioritise your own needs. Let's face it, we've all had a pretty tricky two years. I'm inviting you to pause all the responsibilities for one morning and simply be, reset and restore.

You will end the morning feeling calmer, nourished and in a state of acceptance. The beauty is you'll also feel more resourced to be with your every day too.

What to expect

You’ll be invited to slow down, drop into your body and feel. It will feel deeply nourishing to connect you back to yourself.

We will begin with some simple yet powerful breathing. I will then guide you in a gentle yoga flow which is simple to follow. To complete we will drop into a restorative relaxation.

There is also an option for lunch and a cold water swim should you be interested.

Hi, I'm Lou. I am an Hatha Yoga teacher, sharing The Living Yoga Method. I love nothing more than holding tender, considerate space for you to let go into. Connecting back to your body through your breath is the quickest way I've found to soothe your nervous system and calm your senses. Welcome home to your Self.
