What to expect:
An opening guided reiki meditation
Reiki-Infused Yin Yoga: Relax into these restorative yin poses and receive hands-on reiki healing (optional) to aid you in healing any energetic blocks.
Settle into a deep "yogic sleep" with this yoga nidra session.
Re-ground with a healthy vegan lunch and sweet treats.
What to wear
Please wear anything comfy - come in your pyjamas if you like! You just need to be able to move freely and relax in comfort.
What to bring:
Please bring your own mat, a blanket, a jumper or extra layer of clothing, cosy socks and any props you may and wish to use such as blocks or a bolster.
