Join Alice in a Hatha Flow class, where you can experience a unique combination of strengthening movements designed to improve posture and mobility, along with myofascial release, self-massage, breath work, and relaxation.

Alice’s flows integrate functional methods of movement with a strong focus on the mind-body connection. She emphasises that it's not what you’re doing, but how you’re doing it.

Drawing from her ongoing studies in modern science, Alice pairs these insights with traditional Yoga philosophy, creating a well-communicated bridge of understanding. This approach helps you live your most authentic, embodied life.

Alice completed 500 hours of a traditional Hatha Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh 7 years ago when I was 19 years old, the Yoga capital of the world.

Alongside, Alice’s certification she has also 24-hour training specialising in Functional Neurology with Celest Periera.
