Time out, to tune in, two workshops to connect you back to you.

Inspiring yourself through learning, introspection and rejuvenation you'll walk away feeling empowered and will be celebrating the time you spent to make sure your needs are being met. You'll enjoy the feeling of being cherished and handing it over to someone else for a period of time. You feel yourself again.

Radical Rest Workshop 9am - 12pm

Join me to practise breathwork, postures and relaxation. We will slow down our nervous system, tune in and let go.


Menstrual Cycle Workshop 1:30pm - 4:30pm

Delve into the wisdom of your womb. Learn how your cycle is the ultimate selfcare tool, how to tune in and live in sync so you can thrive.


What to expect

You'll be welcomed into the beautiful setting of The Retreat in the New Forest.

The morning will include simple yet powerful breathwork and a yoga flow. We will then restore our systems in deep relaxation.

The afternoon will be a inclusive introduction to the feminine cycle and how, when we work with it, we can thrive day to day. Empower yourself through your cyclical wisdom.


About me

Hi I'm Lou, an advanced Hatha Yoga teacher, sharing The Living Yoga Method. Connecting back to your body and breath is the most effective way I've found to soothe the nervous system. It really helps me to listen to my needs.

I have trained with Red School as a Menstruality Mentor. I work in groups and 121 to support those who bleed to understand their cyclical nature and thrive.
