Yoga Practices for Healing & Vibrant Health.

Dru Yoga is designed to be practiced by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups. It is is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into, or learnt in great depth over a lifetime.
We will Relax into the Ground of Being to Support Health and Well Being and build Strength and Resilience in body and mind.
Our sessions will be nurturing and nourishing using Flowing Dru Yoga Sequences to beautiful music, Asanas, Breath, Mudra, Mantra, Deep Relaxation and Meditation.

Christina has been teaching Yoga for 22 years and holds Cacao Ceremonies and Shamanican Women’s Circles, with Miriam, here at the Retreat.
