A one-hour welcoming & friendly gentle vinyasa flow for all levels both beginners & more experienced practitioners. Build strength, balance & flexibility in this mindful flowing sequence, weaving yoga philosophy & linking breath with movement to quiet the mind, pranayama (breathing techniques), & guided relaxation to leave you feeling energised yet calm.
Please bring your own mat & your own props (optional should you wish to use them). This class finishes at the perfect time to pop next door for coffee/brunch/lunch should you wish to! Make it a whole morning of self-care!
