Come join Rj on this day of fun, play, sharing and healing. A very hands-on practical day with Tibetan bowls, Chinese gong and other sound instruments, learning basic healing techniques.
All healing together, raising the vibration and energy of the collective consciousness.
Please bring your favourite bowls or instruments with you and have a beautiful day of sound healing, play, sharing and laughter.
What to bring
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and cushion to sit on.
Food and refreshments are available in the Crow Spotter cafe.
