Time to reflect with hot drink & treats
We will start with stabilizing and strengthening Zen Yoga practice, which is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, focusing on the wood element and the liver and gallbladder energies.
We will incorporate breathwork for grounding, and then transitioning into a flowing Vinyasa practice to awaken and invigorate the body.
There will be a nutritious and nourishing plant-based lunch lovingly provided by our on-site Crow Spotter Cafe.
The afternoon session will start will face yoga focusing on eye health and we will ease our way into a restorative and gentle yin practice where we will allow the mornings work to deeply absorb and integrate into our bodies and minds.
The day will culminate with a deeply healing and powerful Nidra meditation also known as Psychic sleep.
Teas/ herbal teas and coffees will be provided throughout the day.
Zoe Lee and Jane Morgan Jones will teach the workshop.
You will leave the practice feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and healthy.
About us
Zoe Lee
I’ve been teaching Yoga for 14 years, the practice and all it has to offer has changed my life. I'm a Senior Yoga Teacher and Accredited Menopause Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK.
I'm qualified in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, Menopause Yoga & Sup Yoga.
I have a wealth of experience, running Yoga Holidays, Day Retreats and Specialised Workshops, teaching at Yoga Festivals and Corporate Events.
I bring love and compassion to others through my teachings, run friendly and welcoming classes, working on alignment, flexibility, strength and most importantly the breath.
My gift as a yoga teacher is to help my student’s find calmness through breath and movement to look internally and discover their true self.
Whether you are an absolute beginner, advanced Yogi or something in-between I will guide and challenge you at a level suitable to your needs, treating you with care and respect.
Jane Morgan Jones
I initially qualified as a Zen yoga teacher but then completed many further trainings including Aerial Yoga, Face Yoga, Yin Yoga Special yoga & Meditation. I have been teaching for over 35 years having started with martial arts and becoming a member of the British Karate team and winning a silver medal in the Karate World and European Championships and becoming four times British champion.
Zen yoga seemed a very natural progression after the discipline of Japanese martial art. I am passionate about teaching yoga and aim to teach with compassion, understanding and a sense of fun. I’m a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK.
