Spring Renewal Yoga Workshop

To be held in the Barn Studio

The price to attend is £30 per person

The beautiful spring came; and when nature resumes her loveliness, the human soul is apt to revive also.
— Harriet Ann Jacobs

Spring is a time of awakening and renewal. It can be tempting to charge ahead with new goals and get busy. In this workshop we will take time to slow down, tune into the changing season and evoke our inner joy and gratitude for all the good things in our lives.

This Spring Renewal Workshop is held in the Retreat’s cosy Barn Studio.

  • Breath, gentle flows and balance to replenish and connect to our internal sun element.

  • Meditation and journaling for gratitude and to be thankful for all the good in life, large and small.

  • Deeply relaxing yoga nidra focusing on healing and renewal of body, mind and soul.

My intention is you will leave with a spring in your step, a hopefulness for the new season and appreciation of the beauty in life.

The lovely Crow Spotter café is onsite offering delicious plant-based lunches and refreshments to continue your relaxing day (booking advisable at weekends).

What to bring

  • Yoga Mat

  • Blanket, cushion

  • Water bottle

  • Something to cover your eyes (eye pillow or small scarf/towel)

The workshop will be held as a small group in the Retreat’s cosy barn space. Places are limited so booking is essential.
