Are you looking for some time to restore and rejuvenate with a summer ‘mini retreat’? This summer self-care workshop is an opportunity to refill your cup with gentle flows, restorative yoga and extended yoga nidra relaxation.
An uplifting, outdoor practice will take place in the beautiful gardens of the Retreat New Forest (weather permitting), where we will honour the elements and nature's medicine. We will move to a grounded, floor-based practice with calming breathwork. The workshop will finish in the Barn studio with an extended deep relaxation Yoga Nidra and Tibetan sound bowls. This is the perfect opportunity to unplug, re-connect and restore body, mind and soul.
At the end of the workshop a refreshing tea and treat is provided. The lovely Crow Spotter café is onsite offering delicious plant based lunches and refreshments to continue your relaxing day (booking advisable at weekends).
I look forward to welcoming you.
What to bring:
Yoga Mat
Blanket
Cushion
Water bottle
Something to cover your eyes (eye pillow or small scarf/towel)
The workshop will be held as a small group in the Retreat’s cosy barn space. Places are limited so booking is essential.
