‘YOGA FUSION’ Half Day Retreat

Spend your Sunday morning exploring a beautiful combination of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates moves that will help develop core strength and flexibility.

This half-day retreat offers a challenge, with vinyasa flow and warrior holds, and playfulness, as we explore new tai chi moves and balance poses.

As well as practising playful flows, you’ll also have plenty of time to journey back to the breath and to fully relax with a Yoga Nidra Meditation.

Expect to work hard, but ultimately take a sense of achievement and calm with you, into the rest of your weekend.

How will your morning look?

10 am – Intro and Breathing Practice

10.15 am – Vinyasa Yoga & Pilates

11.30 am – Tai Chi flow & Gentle Yoga

12.30 pm – Yoga Nidra
