Come and join me for a Summer Solstice Gong Bath. Welcome in the fire!

We will have a gong bath and then go out into the garden and spend some time with our thoughts and write down some things and toss them into the cauldron. Let the smoke middle with the sky and watch the process unfold in the coming months. 

What do I need to bring

You will need to bring something comfortable to lay on, a blanket and a pillow. 

Please arrive no later than 6:45pm so you can get comfortable. There is plenty of parking, if front is full just go around to the sign saying overflow car park. Entrance is not allowed after 7pm as we will have started the Gong Meditation.
