This day is for those wishing to add vibrational sound to their existing therapeutic skills or taking the next step towards the art of playing Sound Meditation/Bath on the public stage professionally or perhaps thinking about becoming a Sound Therapist as this is the first day of a 3 day Level 1 Sound Healing Training.
This is a very practical day's training where you will learn all the techniques required to facilitate a professional Sound Meditation/Bath anywhere as well as the skills that will be required for sound healing. This includes:- how to set your sound stage, handling and controlling all sound bowls and equipment as well as learning the best techniques for sound healing and sound meditation. We will cover manufacturing and composition details, brain waves, frequencies, cellular memory, emotional effects of sound and choosing your perfect bowls and more.
Learn, have fun and gain confidence whilst adopting the magical skills of Bowl Mastery on this wonderful day's immersion of sound healing.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat and cushion to sit on and water.
The Crow Spotter Cafe will be open for food and refreshments.
