Hi, I’m Zoe, a Senior Yoga teacher, I’ve been teaching Yoga for 14 years.
I run friendly and welcoming classes, working on alignment, flexibility, strength, and most importantly the breath. If you are stuffing with back pain, lack of strength, stiffness in the body per/post-menopausal then this class is for you.
I bring love and compassion to my teaching, enabling people to develop beyond their comfort zone with my support and guidance. Whether you are an absolute beginner, advanced Yogi or something in-between I’m here to support and encourage you through your Yoga practice.
Join me for a mixed level Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class.
This will be a flowing class harmonising breath and movement that will build the correct alignment with balance, strengthen and flexibility whilst rebalancing your body and mind. Finishing with a relaxing mindfulness mediation.
All levels are welcome beginner or experienced.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat, yoga belt and blocks if you have them, as not able to give stuff out at this time.
