A self-care day retreat to maintain energy levels through the darker months
The season of Winter comes with a particular stillness. It can allow the opportunity for one to retreat and re-set from the extraversion of Spring, Summer and Autumn, allowing us to direct our energy inwards and conserve
Yet sometimes the cold days, short days and dark nights can leave us feeling drained and unable to muster the mental and physical energy required to get through our days with optimum focus.
This one day retreat led by Sam Edwards and Naomi Johns is designed entirely to help combat the potential physical and mental existential malaise that may accompany us through this season.
Combining the expertise of our individual disciplines of precision-based yoga and outcome-based clinical massage therapy we guide you through a series of practices to help build resilience, clarity, focus and energy.
With the objective of creating a state of physical balance and a calm state of mind we hope you will come away with a renewed vigour that you will allow you to embrace, rather than begrudge the darker months of Winter.
This is a series of workshops that can be taken as stand-alone days or as a complete set (discount applies when all three are booked together).
The day includes a delicious home-cooked vegan lunch together with tea and coffee.
