Unwind into your summer evening with gentle flow, relaxing yin yoga and yoga nidra meditation. With the support of props, we’ll target the deeper tissues of the body, increase mobility and switch from fight or flight to rest and restore.
During this evening retreat, we’ll explore both the traditional Chinese medicine, and western approaches to yin yoga, opening a safe space to release any emotional blockages and any physical stress and tension in the body.
We will start our evening some gentle mobility work before exploring some traditional Yin Yoga poses and a Yoga Nidra practice.
Expect to move slowly, relax deeply and breathe the edge away, a perfect treat to enter your weekend refreshed.
