An opportunity for you to take time- out for yourself and check-in, meeting other beautiful yogis in a blissfully tranquil location in nature at The Retreat.
The morning comprises of a monthly vinyasa flow (outside when weather permits), followed by a vegan healthy brunch prepared by The Crowspotter Cafe and time to do whatever you feel; a walk in the grounds, chatting with fellow yogis or catching some sun on the lounger cushions.
Then we finish by all meeting for a final session. Sometimes led by a guest teacher or led by Ali.
