Yoga  for  swimmers  with  Helena

A yoga practice specifically designed for swimmers is one of the most efficient ways to improve in all three of these areas: strength, mobility and body awareness.

A swimming specific yoga practice can also, develop breathing efficiency, enhance recovery, help prevent injury and improve mental skills.

Throughout my career, I have incorporated yoga into my own performance art, dance and swimming training programs and worked with people of all ages.
