Welcome, everyone!

Yoga can be relaxing, energizing, strengthening, and many more descriptions to boot. Can it be all these things at once? Can the same set of moves leave each person feeling differently? Absolutely!

Drawing on my knowledge and experience as a physiotherapist trained in Clinical Pilates, a yoga teacher, a health coach, and the designer of the Buttafly yoga block, meditation seat & back care aid, I aim to share practices to help you consciously connect with the wisdom of your body for healing and harmony.

A Buttafly will be supplied for the class and will also be available to purchase.

What to bring

Please bring your own mat, a pillow for under your knees, and a nice, heavy blanket - a traditional cotton yoga blanket is ideal.
