Refill your cup with some Autumn women's self care - letting the leaves fall and making space for new beginnings.
Autumn is a magical time of year. It is a time of balance – reuniting mind and body with natures rhythms - and offers the perfect time to reconnect to self-care. As the leaves start to fall, it is the season of letting go and turning inwards to refocus on what is important and release what no longer serves.
This Autumn workshop is held in the Retreat’s cosy Barn Studio. A special Autumnal guided meditation will help you refocus and set intentions for the season. Create your personal Autumn vision, with a creative activity and leave with Autumn intentions to support your vision becoming a reality.
The gentle yoga flow will focus on grounding and balancing for Autumn. Restorative yoga and extended yoga nidra relaxation will help you to unplug and let go of what no longer serves. This is the perfect opportunity to re-connect and restore body, mind and soul.
